Retail Academy
The establishment of the Retail Academy aims to provide accredited formal training in retailing to existing retail employees as well as to those interested in learning about retailing. It also provides the opportunity to those in the retail sector to enhance their skills and knowledge in the retailing sector for improvement of the service and delivery in the sector. In addition, the formation of the academy also aims to ensure that a dynamic retail sector could be established by producing knowledgeable and skilled workforce in order to ensure that the sector would contribute towards achieving the goals outlined in the economic transformation programme.
