Business Development Division

The Business Development Division plays the roles in assisting small and medium business entrepreneurs to market their products to the public. It also assists entrepreneurs in listing their products in local and foreign hypermarkets/supermarkets in the country through the ‘Malaysian Products, Our Taste’ and business matching programmes. In addition, the division is involved in helping entrepreneurs to market their products to hypermarkets/supermarkets overseas through the ‘Taste of Malaysia’ programme. Besides the SME products promotional programmes, the division is also involved in giving due recognition to businesses in the distributive trade sector through the Fair Price Shop Award and Ethical Business Excellence Award.
